Jersey Governor Chris Christie: The anti-Obama

Posted by Larry Doyle on May 14, 2010 2:11 PM |

America needs more men like recently elected New Jersey governor Chris Christie.

Say what you want about Christie’s politics, but what Christie brings is a straight talking, shoot from the hip, apolitical approach. If you are sick of politicians, and most people in America are, then you are going to like Chris Christie.

Washington better watch out. Christie’s delivery and drive for truth, transparency, and integrity are going to resonate.

Barack, watch, listen, learn.

    Larry,

Mr. Christie may be straight and to the point, but he does not have the speech making, crowd wooing skills that I do. Believe it or not, the best thing for the country now is to make everything seem OK until it actually becomes OK.

      Barack,

Is that how it works? Is it OK in Chicago where politicians are calling for the National Guard?

Chicago National Guard: Lawmakers Want Help

People may differ on the best solutions, but no one can dispute the need for action.

So far this year, 113 people have been killed across Chicago. That is the same number of Americans killed in Iraq and Afghanistan combined this year.

    Larry,

The city of Chicago is dealing with an unexpected increase in violence which the local law enforcement was not adequately prepared to contain. We are confident, however, that the careful planning of the local police chief in assistance with representatives John Fritchey and LaShawn Ford will provide a solution to the violence.

The National Guard is only a suggestion to the solution and not necessarily the action which will be taken. All will be handled in a timely matter.

Barak- It is obviously an honor for
all of us to know that you are an avid reader
and participant of this website. What would
be even better is if you would do an interview
with Mr. Doyle on his Sunday night broadcast.
I would suggest that Mr. Doyle contact your press
secretary and make arrangements. I would hope
you would be willing to answer our questions
    at that time.
