		<description>It is interesting that they talk about financial growth as if it was a good thing. I contend that it is finance that brought us down versus manufacturing. 

In his books, Kevin Phillips documents how in the case of Spain, the Netherlands, England and now us declined in terms of a nation when the financial sector overcame the manufacturing sector. Now they want to shift financial growth to China. I suspect China is a bit smarter than that. 

Me thinks that the financial people have trouble seeing beyond the green eye shades.</description>
