		<description>I would say the same thing about today&#039;s Consumer Spending number for September Larry.  It really surprises people that consumers aren&#039;t spending as much money as they used to, especially without the cash for clunkers rebate?  Is anyone aware of our current unemployment rate?  Is anyone aware of our current underemployment rate (17%)?  Is anyone aware of how little banks are lending to consumers right now?  OF COURSE consumers aren&#039;t spending money right now.  As you said Larry, this is news?  This is a surprise?</description>
