All this is accomplished while giving the government the right to close any business it deems necessary. I feel so comforted knowing, institutions too big to fail now can rest easy, that the legal apparatus for saving these institutions from their own decisions is now being established. The bankers strike again under the guise of "The government is here to help you! You dumb fool don't ask too many questions."
