How about not letting the foxes guard the henhouse? Get Finra completely out of regulating the industry. Biggest scam ever.

The less Finra says about its own ARS holdings, the more suspicious it looks. I say a $330 billion scandal deserves attention – not in spite of this economy, ESPECIALLY in this economy!

I maintain that Wall Street needs to restructure FINRA so that there is no direct funding of FINRA by Wall Street firms.

Let’s make sure there is TOTAL transparency and integrity across the entire spectrum.

There needs to be real political will to make this happen.

Will it? Not right away, but if we take a few more legs down in the economy and markets, which may happen, the public may effectively boycott the business….

These are truly historic times…Stay tuned.

Any regulations proposed by this administration strike me as a waste of time; they are utterly meaningless and strictly cosmetic. The administratation is totally corrupt and rotten; their actions will only have negative results. Keep up the good work LD.
