Czech This Out

Posted by Larry Doyle on March 8, 2009 12:54 PM |

I find the comments by President of the Czech Republic Vaclav Klaus to be particularly insightful. For someone who spent close to the first 50 years of his life in a government-controlled state, he strongly embraces and promotes free market principles. In these challenging times, his perspective provides a degree of balance, and I, for one, find it refreshing.

I appreciate your asking. I am definitely continuing the Sunday evening shows BUT unfortunately tonight I am not having a show as I am seriously under the weather.

I thank you for your support.

Oh boy did you see his frustration of lumping the environment and the economical issues together? It’s a beef of mine too.
He says this is a crisis of government and the politicians.
And the top down doesn’t work.
    Now for a laugh:

Hillary wants to lump the environmental issues and economical issues together too. She’s smart but she is not an economist like Mr. Klaus is. We need to address the economy from the bottom up.
Latest news is that Geitner has no real staff. This doesn’t give any hope. What happened to the hope?
